Review the quote pipeline

Storage Growth Manager separates recommendations, sent quotes, automated outreach, accepted and paid upgrades, and excluded clients so you can follow the full sales pipeline.

Recommendations

Review used space against quota, suggested minimum increase, selected offer and projected usage. Clients with a completed storage upgrade leave recommendations until their usage again meets the configured threshold. Use Exclude client to suppress a client; restore them from the Excluded clients tab when appropriate.

Sent quotes and replies

The Sent quotes tab records the client, service, sent date, selected offer, delivery source and response status. Manually sent and automatically sent rows are visually distinguished. Resend is available for an open quote when a follow-up is appropriate. A quote may be awaiting acceptance, accepted, or accepted and paid.

Automatically sent

This tab records quotes created by automatic outreach. A manual run performs a fresh scan and may send real client emails when automation is enabled. Use it only after reviewing the threshold, offers, exclusions, cooldown and email wording.

Accepted & paid

Use this tab to review accepted and paid upgrades, their source (manual or automatic), recurring storage revenue and provisioning state. Check that the invoice is paid, the recurring storage add-on exists, the storage module ran, the service quota increased, and the existing paid term was preserved.

Reports

Weekly activity reports summarize outreach and quote responses; monthly reports summarize sent, accepted and paid quotes and the recurring revenue attributed to the add-on. Each report schedule can be disabled in the module settings. Confirm the recipient and interval in settings if a report does not arrive.

Troubleshooting

“Review the hosting product base”

The service’s hosting product does not have a usable configured base for the storage workflow. Review the product’s disk limit and the module’s product mapping, then scan again. The add-on blocks quoting while the product base is ambiguous so that the suggested increase is not calculated from an unreliable quota.

“Server, account identity, or WHM data needs review”

Check that the hosting service points to the correct server and cPanel username, and that the server connection can return the account’s disk usage and quota. Resolve the WHM/cPanel mapping issue, then run a fresh scan.

Quote accepted but storage is not increased

Check the invoice payment status and the upgrade’s provisioning status in Accepted & paid. Review the service, add-on, server and module logs before attempting a retry. Do not create a second invoice or storage add-on manually; first confirm whether the original payment or add-on already exists to avoid duplicate billing.

Usage or quota looks wrong

Confirm the latest WHM account usage, hosting service username and product quota. Run a fresh scan to refresh the recommendation. If the source data still conflicts, pause outreach for that service and correct its server/account mapping before quoting.
